SUMMER MUSIC SCHEDULE
The Adult Choir is rehearsing at 10:15 am before worship on Sundays instead of rehearsing Wednesday evenings. This schedule will continue through August. The Bell Choir will resume rehearsals in August. Please welcome our new choir director, Nick Klemetson.
CELL PHONES FOR SOLDIERS KICK-OFF JULY 19
In preparation for this event, we will need to deliver fliers to the neighborhood the weekend of July 12th. Did you know we distributed 500 fliers for the Love Your Mother Earth event, but didn't come close to covering the entire neighborhood? Did you know we received a 10% response rate for that effort? That's a fantastic response! We will be printing 1000 fliers this time and will make a more concerted effort to canvas the entire neighborhood this time. If you are able, please plan to help with the flier distribution the weekend of the 12th.
THE CLIFTON NIGHT HOSPITALITY VOLUNTEERS for July are:
July 12 Ted and Suzanne Mikalsen
July 19 Kenneth and Marty Riviere
If you have an interest in serving the homeless at this worthy ministry, please contact Bob Weaver to learn more about available opportunities.
SERVICE OF HEALING AND PRAYER
You are invited to a service of healing and prayer every Wednesday at 6:30pm. Plan to join us afterward for a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant.
10 NEW MEMBERS!
At the March session meeting, the Session adopted a goal to have ten new members join the church by Advent (Nov. 30th). Help the Session reach this goal by inviting your friends, neighbors and strangers that need spiritual fulfillment. Invite them to attend a Sunday school class, worship with us, and experience one of our legendary fellowship events! UPDATE: As of June 15, we have added two new memebers!
